Your UNE ePortfolio site is based on your UNE user name (the beginning of your UNE email). If you are a student, find your site by typing your username (including numbers) followed by .uneportfolio.org. If you cannot remember your password, you may reset it using the “lost password” feature on the log-in screen. To access the log-in screen, add “/login” to the end of your site URL (ex. jsmith1234.uneportfolio.org/login ). Follow the instructions, and then check your UNE email for the link to access your site. Remember that your ePortfolio password is NOT linked to your UNE Okta log in. This password is for your WordPress ePortfolio.
If you are not getting the reset email or you get a message that you are not an administer on the site, make sure you are logging onto the correct site — YOUR site, not the main UNE Portfolio site. See the video below for guidance.
Once you are logged in, reset your password by clicking “howdy,(username)” in the top right corner to get to the drop down menu of “Edit my Profile.” Scroll to the bottom of the page to the find the “Generate Password” button. Remember to choose a password that is secure. It should include at least one number, special character, and capital letter. WordPress will warn you if the password is weak. After selecting your password, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Update” button.
